Ulepus offers optimized, portable custom IP solutions across various technology nodes, providing clients with flexibility, high performance, and low power consumption. Our portfolio—spanning analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems—serves as a reliable foundation for your ASIC and SoC designs.

Ultra-low Jitter Robust PLL (96 MHz)
Equipped with a self-calibrating architecture, this Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) operates at a nominal frequency of 96 MHz and delivers ultra-low jitter performance.
It is optimized to meet the synchronization needs of both analog and digital systems. Thanks to its advanced jitter suppression capabilities, it can be reliably used in applications requiring high frequency stability.

Low Drift RC Oscillators (40 kHz & 16 MHz)
Ulepus-designed integrated RC-based oscillators operate at 40 kHz and 16 MHz, offering low drift characteristics against temperature and voltage variations. They are well-suited for real-time clock (RTC) and low-power timing applications. With an internal reference circuit, these oscillators eliminate the need for external components.

Ultra-low Quiescent Current On-Chip LDO
This on-chip integrated LDO regulator delivers high efficiency with ultra-low quiescent current consumption.
Its fast transient response makes it an ideal power source for noise-sensitive analog blocks. Optimized for embedded systems and battery-powered devices, it ensures reliable performance under dynamic load conditions.

Ultra-low Power Bandgap Reference
Ulepus’s bandgap reference IP offers exceptional stability against temperature and voltage variations while maintaining ultra-low power consumption. It is designed to meet the high-accuracy requirements of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. The IP is portable across various process nodes, ensuring design flexibility and reusability.

Delta-Sigma DAC
This DAC IP, based on a delta-sigma architecture, delivers low total harmonic distortion (THD) and a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for high-resolution signal generation. It provides an effective solution for applications requiring high accuracy at low frequencies, such as sensor interfaces or low-frequency data outputs. With integrated filtering options, the design offers flexible integration into various system architectures.

Portable Across Multiple Tech Nodes
Our custom IP blocks are built on a modular and highly optimized architecture, ensuring seamless portability across a wide range of process technologies—extending well beyond TSMC N65 and N7. This design approach enables flexible integration and scalable system development, making our IPs suitable for diverse applications and evolving technology requirements.

Power-on-Reset (PoR) IP
Our Power-on-Reset (PoR) IP provides a reliable and well-defined reset signal during initial power-up, ensuring safe and predictable system startup. Designed with process portability and system compatibility in mind, this IP functions across a broad range of supply voltages, process corners, and temperatures.
Key features include:
• Precise reset threshold detection
• Glitch-free output and minimal delay after supply stabilization
• Configurable deassertion timing for various system needs
• Low leakage and minimal area footprint
• Suitable for analog, digital, and mixed-signal environments
This IP is ideal for mission-critical applications requiring deterministic and reliable power-up behavior, such as AI SoCs, PMICs, and automotive-grade ICs.
